Which is the best romantic novel by an Indian author?

1) It Does Not Die:

The best romantic novel by an Indian author

The best heartfelt novel by an Indian writer was a book I previously read when I was twelve and even now it holds a similar allure. It's an immortal work of art. It's the best heartfelt genuine biography of a bound relationship. It's a bury racial romantic tale between a European and an Indian. Enthusiastic first love frustrated by social requirements.

"It Does Not Die" by Maitreyi Devi, writer author, and protege of Rabindranath Tagore. Maitreyi Devi won the Sahitya Akademie grant for this book.

This book was composed as a reaction to Mircea Eliade, a widely popular researcher who expressed "Maitreyi" as a semi-personal history, an example that is shown in schools in Romania. La Nuit Bengali, in English "The Bengal Evenings," depicted their romantic tale, which is generally the creator's suggestive dream.

After forty years, Maitreyi Devi read "Bengal Evenings" and thought of her side of the story "It Does Not Die", reviewing a genuine record of their affection. It's profound. It tells the truth and is genuine. Extremely contacting.

Mircea Eliade, then 23 had boiled down to Calcutta as a Designer and worked under Maitreyi Devi's dad and was welcome to remain with Maitreyi Devi's family, scholarly world-class and liberal disapproved of who gave their girl Maitreyi, then 16 years, the best training and keeping in mind that Mircea Eliade gained a way of thinking from Maitreyi Devi's dad, he thusly became Maitreyi Devi's educator, showing her French.

Delightful love bloomed and when Maitreyi Devi's dad learned about their relationship, he exiled Mircea Eliade from his home and the extraordinary, energetic relationship was ill-fated, defeated by social contrasts.

"It Does Not Die" is genuinely the best heartfelt novel of all time. It's true affection. It Does Not Die.
